Hunter is ranked 147th nationally according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings and he holds offers from Dayton, Penn State, West Virginia, Xavier and others. He drew consistent attention from Michigan head coach John Beilein during the final week of the evaluation period in Las Vegas.
Michigan offered Hunter during an unofficial visit on Friday. He’s the fourth prospect that Michigan has offered in the class of 2018, joining Brandon Johns, Cormac Ryan, and Robby Carmody.
