Site Updates: UM Hoops Store, Feedback & Newsletter

It has been a busy couple of weeks here at UM Hoops and I wanted to share a few updates and ask for a bit of help.

We’ve had one of our best months for subscriber growth and want to thank you for your support, even in the offseason! If you’ve been on the fence about signing up, you can purchase a discounted annual subscription for $35 using promo code COMMIT. That’s less than $3 per month and covers you for the entire 2018-19 season!

We also have a few updates and are hoping to solicit some feedback from our readers (both subscribers and non-subscribers).

UM Hoops Store

We’re excited to introduce the UM Hoops Store for those of you that want to add some logo merch to your wardrobe to wear on game days.

The launch is simple and features t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and mugs with our logo. We hope to add new designs and products over the coming weeks and months in order to spice things up a bit.

If you are design-savvy or creative and interested in helping us design new shirts, please don’t hesitate to give me a shout.

If you want to see new products in the store, go ahead and comment on this post and let me hear your suggestions.


We want your feedback! We’re running a customer feedback survey for both subscribers and non-subscribers and want to hear about what you like or don’t like about UM Hoops. We’ll be randomly selecting five participants to receive a free mug, t-shirt or annual subscription based on their feedback.

We’re also launching a newsletter to provide a weekly update on all things Michigan basketball.

The idea is simple: you sign up and we send everything you need to know about Michigan hoops to your inbox on Monday mornings. We’ll roundup all of the news from the previous week, preview what’s ahead and try to provide some additional nuggets and thoughts along the way.

    Just finished the survey, but then it looped me back to the front without the satisfaction of a “you’ve completed the survey” message, and kept some of my responses but not others. Can I just confirm you received it?

    What are you guys seeing at the end? I just tried it and it ends up with a Survey Monkey screen.

    FWIW, it looks like both of your surveys are in the database.
