— Jeff Goodman (@GoodmanHoops) June 1, 2022
Diabate was a five-star prospect and starter for Michigan as a freshman, averaging 9 points and six rebounds per game while helping the Wolverines to the Sweet 16. He received an invitation to the NBA Draft Combine, where he measured well, and is projected as a fringe second-round pick according to most mock drafts.
