Michigan’s trip overseas has featured a dinner encounter with Adam Sandler and Moe Wagner, a trip to Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, the addition of a new player, and a tour of PSG’s Parc des Princes. On Friday, competitive basketball was added to the itinerary. Michigan played its first closed-door exhibition of the trip (with two more to go) against French ProA squad Fos Provence Basket.
Michigan has kept details surrounding the trip very quiet, and no public video of the game was available. The Wolverines lost the game, but were led by Hunter Dickinson (double-double) and Jaelin Llewellyn in the loss and 11 Wolverines saw the floor.
Here’s the intel and insights that we’ve gathered from the game including one short video clip, a box score, four factors chart, and observations from several people who were in the building for Michigan’s exhibition opener. (Note: this story was updated on Saturday morning).
