Never really sure what to do with these type of questions in the offseason. I think there’s enough there to make the NCAA Tournament but there are a lot of teams in the Big Ten with rosters good enough to make the NCAA Tournament. It’s very hard to project how things will play out on the margins.
Right now, I’d say Michigan feels like a top-40ish team but not a top-25ish team, but again that’s just kind of a wild guess.
I’ll go with zero.
Not sure there’s any perfect example, but I’m generally pretty intrigued by how Arizona utilized two bigs, one who was a bit more skilled and one who was all rim pressure with the Tubelis-Koloko and Tubelis-Ballo teams.
Those offenses played uptempo and were really effective.
Wolf isn’t Tubelis stylistically, he’s even more perimeter-capable IMO, but those are some places to start looking for ideas IMO.

In broad strokes, how does conference realignment impact who makes the tournament? Is the Big Ten gonna get 10 teams in? If you’re a mid-tier Big Ten team are we more or less likely (or the same) to make the big dance than a mid-tier team in a smaller Big Ten?

The Big Ten will absolutely get extra teams in with the realignment. Remember, the Pac 12 is gone so those at larges (and an auto bid) are basically redistributed.
I definitely don’t see the expanded league hurting a Big Ten teams chance to dance, the difference will be that there are just way more mid-tier Big Ten teams and maybe they are harder to tell apart.

Over under 60 point penalty for City?
