   Asked if he’d be okay refs making the wrong call if it means keeping the game flow going, May replied with an immediate “yes.”

   “I would. I think that if we challenge, I think we should lose a time out if it’s egregious,” May said. "But once again, I’m not making these rules. If I was making rules, I’d change several. So there’s no point for me to sit here and talk about any of those.

   “Do I like it? No. The fans don’t like it. Television, maybe they sell [ads], I don’t know. I don’t know who likes it.”

   May ended by says referees “are trying to do their job and they’re trying to get it right, and that’s the most important thing.” But “you can freeze frame anything and make it look one way or another.”
