fascinating nugget in here: aday says they finish every practice with a halfcourt shot, and aday was the first to make one in their last practice before the game, so he was the one that yax was passing to at the end of regulation.
i guess it’s as fine a selection process as any, especially since he’s obviously a skilled guy, but maybe the passing part of the play needs work or they give it to someone else
