are Auburn fans actually cool with Steven Pearl being hired as HC? His entire post college job expeirence is medical device sales rep followed by working for daddy. That’s literally it. His dad is the only human on the planet that has vouched for his coaching ability. In the parlance of our times, that seems a bit sus to me. I mean they were literally in the Final Four 7 months ago. It feels like what should be at least a top 25 job.

That’s like a normal shooting night for good shooting teams. 14-35 on what seemed to be mostly minimally contested catch and shoot opportunities. The sort of shot attempts that would be unlucky to make less than 33% of.
Is our 3 point shooting like Scottie Sheffler putting? If we shoot good we blow you out, if we shoot mediocre we win, and if we shoot poorly you might have a chance???

He’s saying that given how good our defense and interior scoring is, if we ALSO shot 40% we will win, and I think that’s pretty hard to argue
