Only 30 mins in but this is phenomenal. This was the exact type of analysis I was hoping to hear about!

Great pod as always!! Watched back the game focusing on the offensive rebound allowed possessions. Many times it was the players (variety) on the perimeter just standing and watching while the person they were guarding crashes. Not even a situation where they were leaking out. Just really standing and watching. Doesn’t always happen but just seems like they pay the price for the momentary lack of awareness. What was uncanny was the amount of those possessions that turned into points and not necessarily on quick put backs.

It’s funny, I think the women’s team presses too much, as well. They give up a lot of easy button baskets. I think they should press more selectively. And I’ve been concerned about the men not creating many turnovers out of all that pressing.

The Wisconsin offensive rebounding is really disheartening, considering how few they were sending to the glass, because they were much more intent on stopping our transition game.
