Michigan will host an open practice and selfie promotion on Monday, November 2nd at Crisler Center. Fans can enter Crisler Center beginning at 5:30 p.m. and practice will be open from 6-7 p.m. with a meet and greet scheduled for 7-8 p.m. Here are the full details from the basketball program.
The University of Michigan men’s basketball team will open practice to the general public for an hour from 6-7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 2, at Crisler Center. Following practice, U-M head coach John Beilein and Wolverine players will participate in a “Squad 100 Selfie” promotion.
From 7-8 p.m., the Wolverines will meet and greet fans, and be available for photos and/or the popular social media “selfie.” Players and coaches will not grant autographs during the event.
Fans can enter through the northeast entrance of Crisler Center beginning at 5:30 p.m., with all members of the Maize Rage entering through the student entrance where this season’s student T-shirt will be available for pickup. All parking surrounding Crisler Center will be free after 5 p.m.
Following a brief introduction of this year’s team members, the Wolverines will go through several drills during the practice, allowing fans to get an early glimpse of the team prior to U-M’s exhibition opener against Le Moyne, Friday, Nov. 6, at 7 p.m.
