Michigan has only won once in Iowa City since 2011, but that victory came last year.
Iowa has already won more Big Ten games this year (5) than it did in all of 2017-18 and should have a chance to make the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2016. The Hawkeyes are deep, talented and return almost their entire roster.
Iowa is 5-0 against league teams with a losing conference record and 0-5 against league teams with a winning conference record. Are the Hawkeyes legit or a mirage? Time will tell, as it usually does with Fran McCaffery’s teams, but they should pose a legitimate road test for the Wolverines.
