The Wolverines were looking for an edge after a disappointing finish to the regular season, and they showed one on Friday evening. They jumped on Iowa out of the gate and coasted to an easy 74-53 win — a record ninth in a row in Big Ten Tournament play.
It was a balanced and dominant performance by a Michigan team that entered the game facing a crossroads.
