Griffin is ranked 10th nationally in the 2021 class with offers from Duke, Kansas, Villanova, Georgetown, Illinois, Maryland, Pittsburgh and Vanderbilt.
He’s the son of Adrian Griffin, a former NBA player and current lead assistant coach for the Toronto Raptors.
Griffin is averaging 20.5 points per game while playing up a grade with PSA Cardinals on the Nike EYBL circuit this summer. Through four games at the 17U level, he’s shooting 56% on twos and 63% on threes.
