Olivier Nkamhoua and Finland wrapped up their World Cup warmup games this week with a loss to Latvia. The Susijengi went 2-2 in four friendly games against Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
Nkamhoua started all four games and was officially named to Finland’s 12-man squad for the World Cup on Friday. Finland travels to Okinawa on Saturday and opens the tournament against Australia (August 25th) ahead of games against Japan (August 27th) and Germany (August 29th).
We broke down the film from all four warmup games to take a closer look at the new Wolverine, his role with the Finnish national team, and how it fits into Michigan’s upcoming season.
