Michigan basketball under Juwan Howard will kick off in earnest this week in Ann Arbor.
The new head coach has been in charge for a couple of weeks now, but this is the first week with his full staff in place, a group that Howard praised on Jim Harbaugh’s podcast this week.
“This staff is a special staff,” Howard said. “I believe that these guys are grinders, they’re hard-workers.”
The grind starts this week. The group was announced on Friday and finished moving to Ann Arbor on Monday. After a day of compliance meetings on Tuesday, they will have their first official staff meeting on Wednesday.
