Michigan depended on Jon Teske in 2018-19
Jon Teske was one of the most improved players in college basketball as a junior. He had shown flashes of potential as a sophomore, including a 14 point outburst in the Big Ten Tournament Championship, but he played limited minutes and only saw nine minutes per game in the NCAA Tournament.
As a junior, Teske was thrust into a starting role and turned into one of Michigan’s most indispensable assets. The Wolverines were 28 points per 100 possessions better when Teske was on the floor.
