As Selection Sunday creeps closer, we’re bringing back Bracket Watch at UM Hoops. This year, Tony Natoci is breaking down the bracket regularly as we lead up to the NCAA Tournament. Natoci publishes his own bracket at Heartbreak City and accurately projected all 16 teams (and 14 seeds!) before the Selection Committee’s bracket preview last Saturday.
Natoci will be breaking down where Michigan stands in current bracketology models, both his own and notable national brackets, and providing updates and insights about the selection process, Big Ten bubble games, and more.

Where Michigan stands
I come bearing good news: Michigan’s NCAA tournament stock is trending up. Over the past six days, Michigan held serve at home against an outwitted and outcoached Indiana team (who themselves might have just burst Minnesota’s bubble), then followed that up with its fourth-biggest win of the season — a true road conference win against a likely NCAA tournament team in Rutgers, and without Isaiah Livers, to boot!
