Five takeaways from Michigan’s overtime loss at Iowa

Michigan looked to be well on its way to picking up a critical road win against Iowa, which would have vaulted the Wolverines into a tie for first place in the Big Ten. Instead, Michigan let a ten-point second half lead — and a four-point lead with 29 seconds to play — evaporate in a crushing 93-84 overtime loss. 

“Frustration, that’s the biggest thing,” Jett Howard said. “We know that we’re a good team, and we just understand that we have to execute more down the stretch and that’s what decides these games.”
