Hunter Dickinson selected to All-Big Ten First Team; full league honors announced

The Big Ten announced its postseason awards this afternoon and Hunter Dickinson was named to the All-Big Ten First Team, according to the media. Dickinson was a second-team selection, according to the coaches.

Zach Edey was named Big Ten Player of the Year, as expected. Trayce Jackson-Davis, Jalen Pickett, Kris Murray, Terrence Shannon Jr. (coaches) and Boo Buie (media) were also named First Team players.

Kobe Bufkin and Jett Howard were Third Team selections, according to the coaches, and honorable mentions according to the media. Howard received All-Freshman honors as well. Jalen Hood-Schifino was selected as the league’s Freshman of the Year.
