I’m not very deep into this yet, but at no point last night did I think our offensive process was “incredible”.

    Dylan agrees, you know ball.

“Vlad going mad” made me laugh.

I am not quite as positive as Eric about the offense vs PSU but I sorta see what he’s trying to say. Roddy missed a couple bunnies that weren’t PSU related and we blew two fast breaks plus Vlad had a missed bunny. Even ignoring Danny’s struggles you figure on those few shots on a normal night we make three more of those easy twos. That puts us at about 63% from two, which is quite good, and gives us a double digit win in a game that doesn’t feel as tense. The shot quality definitely favored us and while Wolf took some tough twos that were often contested, those shots weren’t.

Our adjusted offense was about 5 points worse than our season adjusted efficiency essentially without its dominant leading PPG scorer

Add in a normal Vlad to that equation and not only can Vlad get some buckets, but he can make everyone else’s job easier and generate even more good looks and points. Instead of driving and missing against Yanic, Danny can just spam 4-5 pick n roll and feed Vlad just as one example.
