This is Michigan’s first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2022, when the Wolverines advanced to the Sweet 16 with wins over Colorado State and Tennessee.

It’s a third consecutive appearance in the NCAA Tournament for Michigan head coach Dusty May, who took Florida Atlantic to the Final Four in 2022-23.

Shocker not! The committee had their minds made up after friday.

I hate that this whole thing totally crushed how awesome this weekend was. SO angry at this committee.

So lame that this is the case. Would it really have been that hard for the committee to draw up two brackets, one on case UM won and one in case UW did?

UC San Diego number two in the nation in defensive turnover rate. They are also very small and haven’t played anyone. Number 36 in KenPom. Treated incredibly badly by the committee. Arizona a four? Wisconsin a three? There are no apparent standards.

That would require them to do their job. They worked Wednesday through Friday. I guess that was exhausting for them. :rage:
