Michigan dropped its second game in Lithuania on Monday, falling short against the Lithuanian reserve national team by a final score of 82-77.
The Wolverines were shorthanded without Moustapha Thiam, Trey McKenney and Ricky Liburd — all three “rested nagging injuries as a precaution,” per a U-M release — and Lincoln Cosby and Jalen Reed remained out as they continued their rehab.

Michigan started strong for the second straight game but found itself playing from behind in the second half. The Wolverines thought they had tied the game at 77 on an Elliot Cadeau layup with 1:33 to play, but it was ruled out for Cadeau’s fifth foul, leading to the end of his night and a game-deciding 5-0 run by the Lithuanians.
