Moustapha Thiam at Michigan Media Day

that made you want to come here and be a part of the Oh, obviously Michigan is a really great program, you know, everybody knows that. The fan base, you know, the way that they love basketball. And also just being around, you know, my teammates when I got here and Dusty was here and then when he left, had a great conversation with my teammate, had a great conversation with Mike Boynton, and then felt comfortable, really comfortable being here. So I was like, yeah, love it, let's do it.

Yeah, I think I was a really good passer when I was in high school, and when I hit college, you know, some teams you just go, you have different roles, and it's just different. So I think that's the reason. But I've always been a really good passer, but I think the team just need me to do that, so I'll just do my best.

I mean, Roddy Gayle is a great player, you know. Adding him is going to be really important for our team, and he also a great leader, you know. Even though he was dealing with some issues, he was still showing up every day. with him in practice, lead the young guys, the freshmen, and talk to us, you know, make us like understand the culture, everything. So I think he's going to be a really good place for our team.
