Q2 Staying level after rough halftime
I mean, anyone who watched the game and then looked at the stat sheet at halftime, was probably kind of confused at your shooting line, and apparently including you, Nimari said that you had a laugh about it. Yeah. I mean, he just talked about the way you controlled the game and just kept playing despite some of those shots not going. It was a little surprising.
Yeah, yeah, definitely. It was really surprising. And, you know, I just stayed with my shot. My coaches wanted me to keep shooting. My players wanted me to keep shooting. So it's just nice to have like environments like that around me. And I was able to just stay level-headed and really not care about it because of the team success.
Q4 Pick-and-roll pace
Sometimes when you pick and roll up there, it looks like you're almost playing slower than everybody else until you make a pass. But it just goes through it, thinking like you're trying to slow the game down so that you can see the floor.
Yeah, definitely. I think it goes by the game. What kind of pace we want to play at. I think we wanted to play at a fast pace this game until we got the lead, the big lead, and we tried to slow things down. And I'm just on the same level as Coach for all that stuff, and we talked a lot about it. We just know how the tempo of the game wants to be and how he wants to control it.

Elliot Cadeau, there is a lot of transfers, I guess is one way to say it, on this particular team. But there's a lot of transfers on a lot of teams. Why does this one have the results that it have and work out as well that it does for this team?
Yeah, I think the coaches just knew what they was doing in the portal. They found hidden gems, players that didn't have big roles, but they believed in and they knew they could be good in a big role. So I just think it's just on the coaches just knowing what they wanted in the portal and just getting good players that maybe didn't play as good at Aday Mara.
