Aday Mara and Will Tschetter react to win vs. Alabama

Well, I think it wasn't my best game, but I'm not worried at all. Like, we, we had Jax, we have, uh, Roddy Gayle, we have Trey, that they played a pretty good game. I mean, most of the guys, they play a pretty good game. So I'm not worried about it.

It's— that's what I've been saying the whole year, that the most difficult thing against us, playing defense against us or playing against us, is that one day it can be me, the next day it can be Yaxel Lendeborg, the next day it can be Trey, next day it can be Elliot Cadeau. So, so it's gonna be— it's gonna be hard to to guess and to know who is going to be today. I'm not worried about it.

I mean, he— no, because I see it like every day in practice. But at the same time, yes, because he's so dominant. Like, he— I would say that he's an NBA player playing in college, you know. So, uh, just the way he plays, the way he dominates every game, uh, he does everything.

He's playing like full court defense, but at the same time he's making all the shots and he's playing offense. So it's impressive what he does. I'm very grateful to have him in the team.

We came out in the second half with a different energy and different intensity. Like, we just changed the game playing much better defense. Uh, we talked about it in the, in the halftime, uh, that we weren't playing our best basketball or best defense. So we knew that if we wanted to win this game, we had to play much better defense. So I think we did, and that's what makes the difference in the second half.
