Q7 One-on-one scoring as a wake-up call

Is that something you guys need to restore?

I mean, did this give you that opportunity, kind of that wake-up call, that it's all going to be like that down the stretch here before it may be—

for sure. I don't know how we're going to prepare for the SEC, but most of the challenges that we did, we've got to get back. We've got be our best versions of ourselves and continue to figure out the pieces to the puzzle. Yeah, that was the first time all year where teams have been able to just go one-on-one and score that efficiently.

And like I said, credit to them. They played really, really well. They hit a lot of tough shots. Even, you know, the floaters last year with Charta, we felt like it was a 70% shot.

We charted as maybe 45%. I'm not sure TKR missed one tonight. I think the only one he missed, we were able to get a piece of the block. And so, you know, we've got to turn the page and focus on playing game.

Q15 Responding to a rare loss

You know, you never want to lose, but you guys lost so infrequently. Is that in itself a challenge of responding to a few losses That's a— that's kind of what you were there for, you guys.

Yes. The times we have lost, we've been able to respond relatively quickly. We get back to our best version of it. And so there's no reason to think that we're not going to be able to do that tonight. Obviously, bottoms are disappointed. We need to find a way. We have a group that really, really is connected. And I'm sure they'll be excited to get back and finish the game.

Q16 Yaxel Lendeborg's importance to the team

Got time for a couple more.

Oh, he's incredibly important. I thought he was really close to having a big-time game tonight. A couple shots didn't drop, but overall he's a big— he's kind of the brain hub of what we do. His basketball IQ is off the charts. His defensive energy when he's locked in is as good as anyone's. And so we need him to lead our team to be at our best.
