Q8 Containing PK in the game
For Yaxel Lendeborg, you guys held PK to 1 point, 0 for 9 from the field. I think just the third time in his career he didn't have a field goal. What was kind of the plan in containing him and making him kind of uncomfortable up there?
Yaxel Lendeborg
Yesterday when I went on the podcast with Jalen Rose and Chris Webber, I let everybody know that I think that we have the best frontcourt in the world, in the nation. And, you know, me and Morez Johnson and Aday, we sat there and talked and we know we're 100% better than those guys. So Morez Johnson, That match, we knew he was going to come out and win.
Morez Johnson is a super, super great kid. He's just a dog for us. I can't really put into words how much he means to this team. And a guy, best rim protector in whole college basketball.
So they did their thing. Me, I just tried my best to get the points up for the guys.

Take one last one right here.
Q9 What Dusty May said
Yaxel Lendeborg, if you don't mind, what did Dusty say that almost brought you to tears?
Yaxel Lendeborg
Oh, man. It was just him saying it was an honor to be a part of this team right here. When he said, I love you guys, that was when it was like, damn, man. A coach that really loves you this much is just like, it's an honor to be a part of that, you know.
Q10 Avoiding a dip after the hype
And then why are you confident this team won't, you know, buy into all the hype after this great success and, you know, have some sort of dip, assuming you're not?
Yaxel Lendeborg
I feel like we've only had about 3 guys here who were raised with that kind of hype. Uh, in my opinion, it'd be Amari, Elliot Cadeau, and Trey. And those guys are super genuine, super humble. No matter what the noise is, you know, they stick together with the team.
From day one, Lamar kept me under his wing, and it was, you know, it's just something that's really like rare to see. You know, a lot of guys that are raised with that hype think they're better than everybody else. Nobody on this team thinks they're better than anybody.
Nimari Burnett
I appreciate that.
Yaxel Lendeborg
Yeah, anytime, man.
