Michigan hosts Cleveland State this evening with a Thanksgiving trip to Madison Square Garden on the line. Both teams advanced through Monday’s NIT Tip Off opener and the winner will advance to face Pittsburgh or Lehigh next Wednesday in the tournament semifinals.
