San Jose State transfer Brandon Clarke is considering Michigan along with a host of other schools, according to a report by Jon Rothstein.

San Jose State transfer Brandon Clarke is considering Michigan along with a host of other schools, according to a report by Jon Rothstein.

Clarke is a 6-foot-8, 210 pound forward who averaged 17.5 points, 8.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game last year for the Spartans. His reported list is very long and includes Oregon, Cal, Utah, Washington State, Nebraska, Virginia Tech, Grand Canyon, Oklahoma, Clemson, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati.

His tempo free numbers are also impressive as he ranked nationally in offensive and defensive rebounding rate, block rate, fouls drawn per 40 minutes and two-point shooting (58.5%). He only attempted 3 three-pointers during his sophomore year.

Clarke would have to sit out the 2017-18 season before having two years of remaining eligibility.
