Michigan extended a scholarship offer to five-star big man Walker Kessler today.
Kessler is a five-star big man ranked 17th nationally in the class of 2020, per 247 Sports’ composite rankings.
The 6-foot-10, 225-pound big received his offer while on an official visit to Michigan. He has also taken an official visit to Vanderbilt and holds offers from Georgia, Vanderbilt, Auburn, UCLA and others.
Kessler is the third prospect that Michigan has offered in the 2020 class. The Wolverines have a commitment from four-star point guard Zeb Jackson and an outstanding offer to four-star guard Ethan Morton.
For our subscribers, here’s video of Kessler in action this summer on the adidas Gaunlet circuit.

He would be a great addition.
Was he at the game Friday? I was looking for him, but didn’t spot him.

I certainly can’t verify for Friday, but my personal guess was he showed up for the official visit very late on Friday or on Saturday for the PSU game. If he got to see the PSU game, I would hope he got a good experience.

Yep, he was there with his coach and parents about 20ft away from me.

How many people do you think come in from out of town the day before a football game? How many of those do you think went to the hoops exhibition?
