Michigan’s defense snapped back into November form, but its offense needed a bit of extra time to get back up to speed on Thursday as Big Ten play resumed.
The Wolverines only scored 25 points in the opening half, but Penn State only scored 20. Eventually Jordan Poole (17 points), Ignas Brazdeikis (16), and Charles Matthews (14) found enough offense to carry the Wolverines to a grinding but just comfortable enough 68-55 victory.
