Michigan’s path to a third consecutive Big Ten Tournament Championship runs through Minnesota (3:30 p.m., CBS).
The Golden Gophers only won three of their final ten regular season games but picked up back-to-back wins over Penn State (in overtime) and Purdue (by 2 points) in Chicago. The victories punched their ticket to the NCAA Tournament and a chance to play for their first trip to the Big Ten Tournament Championship since 2009-10.
Michigan won both regular-season meetings with an ugly buzzer-beating win at home and an impressive 69-60 victory in Minneapolis.
