Michigan is playing Montana in the first round of the NCAA Tournament for the second year in a row.
While the Wolverines watched the Selection Show in shock after a heartbreaking loss to Michigan State, Montana watched the show in Missoula after winning the Big Sky Tournament on Saturday night.
A year ago, Montana was just excited to be in the NCAA Tournament. This year, the Grizzlies think that they can make their mark.
“It’s pretty interesting. It’s always been like a dream growing up, Selection Sunday, finding out where you’re going to play,” senior guard Michael Oguine told 406 MT Sports. “As a senior and my second year in a row, it wasn’t as exciting, it was more like let’s find out where we’re going so let’s start preparing right away and so hopefully we can get a win.
