Juwan Howard extended his first reported scholarship offer on Tuesday night. The recipient was five-star guard Joshua Christopher, a top-10 prospect in the class of 2020.
“I’m all eyes and all ears to talent,” Howard when in his introductory press conference. “I haven’t pinpointed exactly (whether) I’m going after five-star, one-and-dones, or if I’m going to recruit three-star kids. As a staff, we will meet and figure out what is the best solution moving forward to give us the best chance to win.”
It appears that Howard will start with one-and-dones. Christopher, one of the best scorers in the country, wasn’t even on John Beilein’s radar. Now that he’s received an offer from Howard, we take an in-depth look at his game with a film breakdown from this summer.
