Michigan offers class of 2021 five-star AJ Griffin

Michigan extended a scholarship offer to class of 2021 guard AJ Griffin today.

Griffin is ranked 10th nationally in the 2021 class with offers from Duke, Kansas, Villanova, Georgetown, Illinois, Maryland, Pittsburgh and Vanderbilt.

He’s the son of Adrian Griffin, a former NBA player and current lead assistant coach for the Toronto Raptors.

Griffin is averaging 20.5 points per game while playing up a grade with PSA Cardinals on the Nike EYBL circuit this summer. Through four games at the 17U level, he’s shooting 56% on twos and 63% on threes.
