Michigan picked up a bounceback 103-91 win over Iowa on Friday night to open Big Ten play on a positive note. The Wolverines shook off their tentative offensive performance at Louisville and more closely resembled the free-flowing, quick-firing group that barnstormed through the Battle 4 Atlantis.
Life is easier at home, especially against Iowa’s defense, but Michigan rode a balanced effort to its best Division I offensive performance since March 2017. Nine Wolverines scored, six reached double figures, and three recorded career highs in a thorough conference victory.
