Oregon’s win over Michigan was the epitome of a great college basketball game in December. The game had enough drama for March, but most of it was fueled by the mistakes that teams make early in the season.
This wasn’t the best game that Michigan or Oregon will play all year, but it was certainly entertaining. Both coaches will be proud of the effort, but more eager to start correcting the dozens of mistakes that their teams made.
In the end, Payton Pritchard out-dueled Zavier Simpson to help the Ducks escape with a 71-70 overtime road win.
