Big Ten announces updated regular season schedule

The Big Ten announced several schedule updates this evening including two rescheduled Michigan games and one rearranged date. The Wolverines will now host Iowa next Thursday, host Illinois on March 2nd and host Michigan State on March 4th.

That leaves Michigan with a 17-game Big Ten schedule with games against Indiana (home), Northwestern (road) and Penn State (road) not currently rescheduled.

Here’s Michigan’s updated schedule for the final two weeks of the season:

Sun. February 21, 2021 at Ohio State 1:00 PM CBS Columbus, Ohio
Thurs. February 25, 2021 Iowa 7:00 PM ESPN Ann Arbor, Mich.
Sat. February 27, 2021 at Indiana 12:00 PM FOX Bloomington, Ind.
Tues. March 2, 2021 Illinois 7:00 PM ESPN Ann Arbor, Mich.
Thurs. March 4, 2021 Michigan State TBA ESPN Ann Arbor, Mich.
Sun. March 7, 2021 at Michigan State TBA CBS East Lansing, Mich.

Thursday, February 25

Iowa at Michigan – 6 p.m. CT on ESPN (moved from March 4)

Nebraska at Illinois – 6 p.m. CT on BTN (moved from February 24)

Northwestern at Minnesota — 8 p.m. CT on BTN (moved from February 27)

Saturday, February 27

Minnesota at Nebraska – 6 p.m. CT on BTN (rescheduled from January 20)

Monday, March 1

Rutgers at Nebraska – 6 p.m. CT on BTN (moved from February 28)

Tuesday, March 2

Illinois at Michigan – 6 p.m. CT on ESPN (rescheduled from February 11)

Indiana at Michigan State – 7 p.m. CT on BTN (rescheduled from January 17)

Thursday, March 4

Michigan State at Michigan – TBD on ESPN (rescheduled from February 6)

Nebraska at Iowa — TBD on BTN (rescheduled from January 24)

    So the Iowa game is being moved obviously. Not sure anything else as of right now.

    That would put them at 17 correct?? It’s a cramped schedule but I can’t imagine the conference would like an odd number of games compared to even for everyone else??
