Michigan point guard DeVante’ Jones did not travel to Indianapolis because he is in concussion protocol. The hope is that the graduate transfer can be available for the round of 32 if Michigan advances.
Jones was emotional on Selection Sunday about the opportunity to participate in the NCAA Tournament for the first time and now runs the risk of missing the experience entirely.

I know that Kyle Young hasn’t been on the bench recently with Ohio State so I think there are different elements about limiting exposure, etc.
