The NBA Draft Early Entry deadline passed on Sunday night, and Michigan still doesn’t have complete clarity regarding its 2022-23 roster. The Wolverines know that they have Hunter Dickinson back for another year, but they’ll have to wait out Moussa Diabate and Caleb Houstan’s NBA Draft process until the withdrawal deadline of June 1st.
Both Houstan and Diabate declared for the NBA Draft but plan to retain their eligibility throughout the process. This means that they can work with certified agents to manage their workouts, travel, and pre-draft process while still leaving the door open to return to school. It also leaves Michigan’s roster in the balance for another month.
