Recruiting Roundup: Elmarko Jackson earns U-M offer, evaluation period tips off & more

Michigan has spent the last two months sorting out its 2022-23 roster, but high school recruiting takes center stage in July. The first of two live July evaluation periods tipped off on Wednesday as college head coaches descended upon major shoe circuit events across the country.

July is when scholarships are earned and rankings can shift in a week. Juwan Howard and his staff have already been active over the last few weeks, handing out several new offers for class of 2023 and 2024 prospects after strong performances on the high school camp circuit and the prestigious NBPA Top-100 Camp.
