Michigan plays its last road game of the season this afternoon (4:00 p.m., CBS) in Columbus. The Wolverines beat the Buckeyes in their first meeting on Martin Luther King Day but are just 1-11 since.
Ohio State spiraled out of control following that loss before firing head coach Chris Holtmann in February, and have slowly turned things around under interim head coach Jake Diebler. The Buckeyes have won four of their last six, including signature wins over Purdue and at Michigan State, and quietly have played their way into a potential fringe bubble team.
It’ll take two more wins and some magic in Minneapolis, but Ohio State is in a different place than it was six weeks ago.
Because it is a short turnaround in a long season, today’s preview is short and sweet — apologies. Join the discussion in the open thread here as well.
