Ken Pom question unrelated to the game. St. John’s. They have played 13 Q3 and Q4 games. They can’t shoot. They are number two in D against a weak schedule which includes a down Big East. They don’t win unless they turn you over and get offensive rebounds. Not really getting why Michigan, who has played a very tough schedule in one of the toughest conferences is six spots behind them. Is this just an outlier, is it really the turnovers or am I missing something. St. John’s seems nowhere near Michigan overall.

KenPom isn’t really based on anything that you are mentioning here.
Just think of it as the point differential in all of your games adjusted for the quality of the teams you play.

Lineup change for Michigan: Rubin Jones starting in place of Roddy Gayle Jr.
Rest of the starters are normal (Donaldson, Burnett, Wolf and Goldin).
Rice, Leal, Mgbako, Reneau and Ballo for IU.

What do you make of the lineup change? Injury related, trying to send a message, or a permanent thing?
