Yaxel Lendeborg reacts to win over Ohio State

I would say Roddy Gayle, when he came in, he, we started off with a full court press and his energy, you know, just, just brought life into the whole team. We started picking up ball handlers a little more aggressively than the rest of the game and it led, led to us getting out on a fast break and that's when we're at our best. So it really started, sparked that run. It helped us continue to keep playing well.

Yeah, it was more than what I expected. As soon as they came in, they were booing them. They were saying, you know, F Ohio. And it was like, man, this is crazy.

I know like how much it meant to them, but like I got my own little sense of like, I guess, hate for the other team when Colin White said something about us. You know, that kind of sprung, brung some type of anger into me as well because he shouldn't be talking about our squad like that. You know, we did our best to shut him up.

Oh man, uh, uh, Coach Dusty with the matchup, you know, so I had to take it personally, you know. Um, last time that two guys that had two guards as the best scorers, they came in and they beat us, that was Wisconsin. So today I just tried my best to, um, you know, just slow him down. I think he averaged like 20 points, and I tried to keep him below his average and, you know, just make him see hands every time he shoots the ball.
