Q7 What fires up Dusty May
What's it usually take to get him fired up like that?
I would say just when we're not playing tough enough, when we're not playing with enough grit or, you know, physicality on the defensive end. I mean, things are going to happen on the offensive end, but I mean, with our size and our length on the defensive end, we should be able to always rely on that.
Q11 Guards picking up scoring
How much confidence does it give you knowing that it could be anybody on any night? Last night, Aday Mara was saying he didn't have his best game, but he didn't need to because you and Roddy Gayle and Yaxel Lendeborg picked it up.
I think that just really shows how talented our team is. I mean, we have a lot of depth and it showed last night. I mean, you know, our bigs didn't have the best game and, you know, our guards, me, Roddy Gayle, Yaxel Lendeborg, Elliot Cadeau, we all stepped up in big ways.
Q18 Building on 3-point shooting
We got shot basically 50% from 3 last night. You guys were lights out. Like, how do you build off that going into this Tennessee game?
Um, I mean, we put a lot of work in on this team, and I think, you know, you're going to have some games where you're making a lot of shots and you're going to have some games where you're not. But, you know, yesterday a lot of things were clicking offensively. And I mean, I think tomorrow is gonna matter on defense, and we're gonna have to rebound and do other stuff other than, you know, scoring on offense.
So I think just being able to rely on the defensive end is gonna be our biggest thing tomorrow.
