Q1 Yaxel Lendeborg leading the team
Games, obviously we know how good Yaxel Lendeborg is, but the last two games, what have you seen from him just as a player leading this team, doing a little bit of everything?
I'm just seeing like the best player in the country, one of the best players I ever played with in my life. He just plays better on the bigger stage.
Q9 Lendeborg's unselfishness on big scoring night
I guess going off that, when Yaxel Lendeborg's having a night scoring that he had and he's still being unselfish and giving up extra passes for the better shot, what does that say about him as a player?
Yeah, it just says a lot about him, like his character as a person. Like I was in the game, I was telling him, yo, bro, like you have 27, you got to get at least 10 more points. He was like, nah, bro. He told me, nah, like I scored enough, you should shoot more.
I was like, okay. But that just shows you like every other person, a lot of other people would be like, okay, Elliot Cadeau, like I'll shoot more. But he's the type of person to put other people first.
Q14 Feeling of reaching the Final Four
How much of an accomplishment does this feel getting to the Final Four?
Feels like a very good accomplishment, but like, that's not our main goal. Our main goal is to win national championship, but it's great to be able to be in the Final Four.
