Q4 Lendeborg's awareness of gravity

Is that something Is that something that he talks about? Is that something you think he's aware of?

I mean, it's always been kind of the elephant in the room, like how selfish he needs to be at times. I feel like he is the best player in the country, like without a doubt. So I even get upset sometimes where he's not as aggressive as I think he should be. And then now, like, you kind of find this balance where he's making plays for everybody on the court, and he's not even our point guard.

So I mean, I just feel like his gravity, especially when he's aggressive and making shots, it allows people like me to play off of that. Get easy baskets in.

Q10 Gayle's March and April

Roddy Gayle, we've seen March Roddy Gayle.

What's April Roddy Gayle gonna bring? I haven't been there yet, but hopefully way better than March. Try to ride this wave, feed off of my teammates' energy, my coach's energy. I know that they have extreme confidence in me.

Obviously, the things I've done in March gives myself confidence to be able to do the things that I'm capable of doing. So hopefully A lot of ball to play left, cutting nets down. You guys had such high expectations. How much of an accomplishment does this feel getting to the Final Four?

I think it's a sigh of relief almost, but like understanding that there's much more basketball to play. At the end of the day, we made it to the Final Four, but it's not where we feel like is our max. It's not our ceiling. We wanted to win a national championship, and I feel like we got more than enough capabilities to do so.

Q11 Maintaining the lead

One of the toughest things is to build the league, and even harder is to maintain the league. You know, what were you guys able to do to not give them a chance to get back into it?

I think it was just set the rules of the game. I think that we imposed our will on the glass. We knew that it was going to be a really hard fight with our bigs. We wanted to keep us off physical, and we know how physical they are in those positions, so we knew it was going to be big for our guards to come down and rebound.

And that was really one of our emphasis and our key in our preparation. So we knew that if we were going to have to play really good defense, we knew that they were going to hit the glass offensively. So our one-side defense was going to have to be ridiculous. And it was.
