Yaxel Lendeborg reacts to win vs. Tennessee

Oh man, we had to bring the fight to them, you know. They're number one on the glass, and they started off busting us on the glass, you know. So we took a media break, we talked about what we needed to do, and we went out there hungry. We started a run, and after the run, it was history.

Yeah, seeing Will cry, everybody else is happy. It definitely made me a little emotional, you know. I think that's another reason why I cried besides my mom, and, you know, so I mean, I'm glad that we got to do it for them, for him, I mean, and for the Michigan fans. They're really willing us, you know, all the support that they've been showing pulling us has been amazing. And man, we're gonna continue to keep trying to win for those guys.

Oh yeah, they're a super physical team. They pretty much are similar to us. We both play physical, we both play really good in the 2-point area. We struggle with 3-point at times.

So it's going to be a battle of the boards and a battle of the you know, the paint. So we're going to go out there and try to be as physical as possible. Yaxel Lendeborg, physicality is the name of this game. You try to get physicality, pick and roll, how would you assess that this time?

2 more games. 2 more games, man. I would say our physicality this, this tournament was an A. Uh, we got to get to A+, make sure that nobody can, can bang with us down low, man. We're going to be the team to keep bringing the fight to everybody.

And man, I told everybody, I was out, I told everybody, let it play, man, cuz we going to keep doing it and keep bringing the fight.
