A total goose egg, I’m not concerned. IN fact I’m encouraged. If that is the number one team in the country and I thought coming into the season they could be then it is a down year and this Michigan squad could win it all.

Literally no one played well besides teske I’m spurts and Zavier here and there yet we were down 6-8 pts for large parts of the half. Give credit to their d but it wasn’t suffocating d like say the tech loss in the tourney. Our guys just couldn’t hit anything and we’re bobbling the ball, passes, and just couldn’t get in a groove or a feel for the game. Yet it was a two possession game on the road against the current one.

This shows to me what this squads capable of. I felt like villes offense wasn’t that impressive and if both teams were playing their best game they couldn’t hang with our squad once we were hitting open shots and getting in a rhythm.

The one thing that was disappointing is eli should have had his way with McMahon and he couldn’t get it going versus him. I wanted to see dejulius more once it was clear eli didn’t have it tonight. David has some swag to his game and doesn’t lack for confidence. I felt like when we were struggling and doormat that David should have gotten more run and immediately started attacking McMahon. He would be too small and weak/ slow to stay in front of David.

Oh well bad Game all around , players and coaches.

Agreed, we had damn near the worst offensive performance possible, and still didnt get totally crushed…if LVille is the best team in the nation, I feel pretty good about this Mich team being able to hang with/beat anyone, pending an even average offensive performance.
