The first live period of the offseason tips off today across the country. College coaches will be on the road evaluating high school players in the only May evaluation weekend in this year’s recruiting calendar. It’s not just the first evaluation period of the season, but the first evaluation period at Michigan for Dusty May and his new staff.
Despite so much attention focused on the transfer portal, NBA Draft Combine, and next year’s rosters, coaches will fan out across the country for major events hosted by the primary shoe circuits.
